That’s not delusional. You sound lazy complaining about a five or ten minute walk. Enough already. Either apply or don’t.

GdoIsh, CB members can also be chosen once the preference is exhausted--they just won't get any preference over non-CB members at that point.
Yes, I agree about CB. I didn’t mean the application gets cancelled, it just doesn’t have the CB preference Super Powers anymore. Like Popeye but without his spinach.

I applied. We were fortunate enough to win a lottery almost two years ago that puts us in community board 04. I hope I get a low log number + community board just to see if the grass is greener. It’s a high likely hood that 50 percent of those cb units will go to DHS referrals off bat. Still leaves 60 units. I think I have a chance if my log number is 4,000 and below. The neighborhood is safe and centrally located to Whole Foods/7 train / Penn station.

Great going to find this, Sabavoon! My question is, how? Do you remember or can you reconstruct what search terms you used? Having access to these would be great for tenants during the process.

601 w 29 and 311 11th Ave will be the same development... its a nice building i give it that... i hope the new sh** isnt putting affordable tenants in their own building apart of the same development, while market rate gets their own building...
