This building will also include a supportive housing floor as well .
and will be attached to a new Marriott Hotel
If it's true, that sounds like the building is a small New York. There are the rich, poor, formerly homeless, drug addicts, tourists, etc. Sounds exciting I'm honestly not surprised anymore. Just another typical lovely day in the city!
There’s nothing wrong with supportive housing. Stop the arrogance considering you’re also looking for affordable housing options. There are plenty of apartments in midtown that offers supportive housing to residents of NYC. It really shows how much you all know, which is very little.

no. not much of em. which is why they put them where? in hotels. but u can run down the supportive housing sites if you'd like. we'll wait.
ideally if you are winning a housing lottery there is nothing wrong with having a preference to NOT want to live in a building with supportive housing... if that's the case let me just join w/e program is providing the supportive housing instead of all the credit checks/hpd requests to just live in a building with a clinic at the bottom, No! Respectfully!
What is the source that there would be supportive housing in that building I didn't see anything that would indicate it in multiple google searches and it seems unlikely for a building like this to have it.
There is no literature that the building used a supportive housing loan, it's too expensive a land parcel and too desirable an area to include supportive housing. Never say never but it would be highly unlikely and the folks living in and around Hudson yards would not be very happy and create a stink if it was going to have supportive housing.
The market rate units are significantly expensive and the location is very desirable for many demographic groups, if someone was paying market rate they would not want to move into a building with supportive housing neighbors.
