I have 9,XXX with CB preference .. I have passed by where the building is and it seems like they're just finishing up construction. The building doesn't look like its open for business yet.

Seems like they filled the 50% CB preference pretty quickly.

They asked you to submit docs, so yes, you have hope.

I walked by the building earlier this week. Although the outside looks completed, it doesn’t look like it’s ready for move-in yet. The building is still surrounded by a construction barrier. From what I could see through the windows, work is still being done inside the apartments.
