Sunset Park needs a lot more affordable apartments. I will be paying close attention to this one because I wanna apply as soon as it's up on HC, hoping my AMI is listed.

The lottery is up until February. I applied just in case HPD doesn't approve me approve for Eagle + West this month. If I do get approved for the apartment, I'm dropping this application.

Log numbers are out — I'm 3XXX.

14 units available for my stats. Maybe that's good enough for a non-CB household of one, 130% AMI?

2XX Why am I so nervous about this one ? Is there even a washer/Dryer or even a laundry room? Do the kitchens have islands? Omg! I used to work down in Industry City! It’s a whole vibe & Costco a 5 minute walk away, SMH!! 1br & only 18 units in my AMI
