I got 7XXX with CB! I really hope I get called/emailed!! I’ve been applying to the housing lottery for over 6 years, and all I’ve gotten in those 6 years were an ineligibility letter, and a rejection letter and those were based on high numbers!! This is the first time I actually have a low number!!

CB means Community Board preference. In this case, it's "BROOKLYN COMMUNITY BOARD 1." Generally, but not always, 50% of the affordable units are set aside for applicants who live in the same CB as the building. It's a huge advantage to have CB preference because they choose you first.

Photos on HC look like there's no dishwasher. I might be wrong.

I think it really stinks when affordable units don't have dishwashers. Especially with 4 or 5 occupants. It's a basic necessity.

There’s no microwaves and no dishwashers. I was able to tour the building yesterday.
