Yupp it’s how it goes. Low logs but no cb or preferences (I.e. gen pop) you get skipped in this process. If units left they will circle back to you.

50% of units are dedicated to CB (approx 150 units in this case). So there will be 150 units available for non-CB applicants.

If your log number is 8x, even with no CB you will most likely get a doc request eventually (assuming you are eligible.)

My Log number is 16x, no CB, but I’m a city worker. Haven’t heard anything yet.

Anybody know if a lottery “winner” submits all documents and views an apartment then decides it’s not suitable, will that applicant get blocked from submitting other applications?
