Interesting how this wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement or website.
That part! They just left That pertinent tidbit out of the description smh I've heard stories about supporting housing and since I have a young son this might not be the move!

This is mostly supportive housing and for foster kids aging out There will be supportive services.
The company explained to me that a t they only go I to your unit if there is a problem. I have an issue with that because uf you are applying through a lottery that should nit be the case but in supportive housing they CAN come into your home whether or nor they have a valid reason. They make one up. I'm not cool with that. You do not enter the bldg through 236 you go around to the side. Don't know how they are choosing people.
MGMT iffy. I so wanted to this to be a good lottery for me and my child. Kinda sad it's not for us. But may be for someone who needs those services.
i don't trust info from a newbie with 2 posts

This changes everything-imagine paying in the high $2400and running into potential neighbor issues. I mean it could happen anywhere but they should be transparent about the supportive housing in the original lottery post. It’s misleading
