Spoke with them just now they said 14 2 bedrooms still available
I know the lottery started with 14 two bedrooms available. Hard to believe after all this time they’re all still available. Wonder why whoever I spoke to said only 1 was left.
I have the same question. My application is still "under review" on HC but if they ran out of apartments that should be changed. I guess they already called those who were in the CB with low log numbers.
I am planning on touring the building Saturday with the leasing agent. I am really curious to see what the building looks like inside. I may not be in the running anymore for the lottery but at least I can dream about living here lol.

I just came back from the tour. The building is definitely a win. Lots of amenities and very quiet. I viewed a one bedroom and studio. Obviously, not lottery apartments but they were still spacious. The leasing agent told me they are at 70% capacity.
Congratulations to all who have made it to the final round!
Nothing at all over here. Sent documents and that’s it. Since feb 9th
I emailed iAfford on Thursday. Today, I received a response that they are still currently processing applications in the community board and there are still apartments left.

I’m sure they’re annoyed by me now. I’m in the CB and was told I have to wait until they get to my log number. Trying not to think about it anymore
Does anyone know if there are any 1 bedrooms left? Log # 4x, docs requested. Really hoping I get approved.
