It’s a nice building I viewed some market rate apartments recently. I didn’t think it was going up on HC.
Amenities are $25 a month/pp
$20 a month for bike storage
Parking garage $275 a month
Neighborhood isn’t the best but I guess it’ll be up and coming eventualy.

Kinda confused/nervous about the listing. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a listing on the HC website that didn’t say what program the development was under. This doesn’t say mix & match, 421-a or anything. Listing only mentions preferences & amenities*
looks like market rate rooms have washer and dryer in unit. The lottery says shared laundry room. Does anyone know if lottery units indeed do not have them in unit?

Affordable Housing Program
This building was constructed through the Inclusionary Housing Program and received a Tax Exemption through the 421-a Tax Incentive Program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
Did they extend the closing date or is my phone glitching?
I refresh and I see “last day today” & later I see “15 days”
