My Congrats!!!! One more step down! Keeping my figures crossed for you!

All you're waiting for is for the HUD approval? So you could be moving in before Thanksgiving?!

Hello Seventh Floor,

I haven't applied anywhere else. I would like the remaining on the Lower East Side and I haven't seen anything else open up down here.

I just viewed a 1 bedroom apartment today. I still need home check report ( home check visit was last week) and. HPD approval. if all goes well I think it will be another 4 - 6 weeks.

the one bedroom I saw was under renovation. it had great closet space. there was carpets on the floors but we're being replaced with tile. there were cabinets in the kitchen that were old but in good condition. I asked that they leave them. there was a mirrored wall in the livingroom that I asked to be removed. my application and home check are complete. I am just waiting for decision from HPD. fingers crossed.
