You're speaking hypothetically. The facts are that when a cab driver is robbed/shot/killed, 9/10 times its done by a black or hispanic male dressed like a thug. If you watch the news you will see this for yourself.
I would certainly avoid men in black suits, thin black ties, and dark shades with names like Mr. [insert color here].
