I would be fine with the city to stop with the stop and frisk idea because it has resulted in having little effect and has only retrieved a small amount of weapons while basically racially profiling a large group of people.

I don't think either one would be anything to undo the positive school reform that Bloomberg has done.

You don't know much about republican politics in this city if you think that.

No republican wins without heavily carrying Staten Island.
No MTA chairman will win Staten Island which has almost no MTA benefits but bears a huge burden via VZ tolls, which Lhota is about to raise, again.

Lhota is a non-starter, pointless to even talk about.

Maybe so, I just thought it was an interesting name to be dropped into the mix, obviously you are welcome to disagree. Besides, it is kind of disappointing how little people actually vote for their mayor in NYC coming from a city that has a high, like 85% high. Shame people to care more about the people who are running their city, but that is for a different conversation.

No....no.... David Dinkins got no street cred. How about the Bronx Homeboy Eliot Spitzer
for mayor and Ashley Dupre as running mate. The election slogan will be redevelop Time
Square into a bigger redlight district, and return it's glory days for the people of NYC.

As we all know NYC is a black and jewish city: So Oprah and Sarah Michel Gellar as candidates. And then Jesus Lopez cooking in the kitchen.
