Hi I'm contemplating buying a home on Sackman and Pacific Street right near the Broadway Junction stop off the A/C line in Brooklyn and I was wondering if anyone knew how bad and/or safe the area was? And if it was getting better? Please note I'm a single female who would be a first time home owner. Thanks in advance for your help.

I think this is a troll thread. You are not looking at buying there.

Not safe. That corner is in a terrible neighborhood full of terrible people. ANd Broadway Junction is not the closest subway station, either.

Really, really bad. That area is the worst in all of New York City.
