Sorry,highly unlikely as 70 was the cutoff score. There was ~6,000 applicants for this test. Assuming this test is out again in 2020, no.

Don't give up, you never know. However, you should look for other job and do what you can for other job first. Don't rely on the government job as the only job that you are going to get. There are more exam coming up, so if you are really interested and don't mind spending some money, then apply and try to do your best. Good luck!

So if the test is out in 2020, the remaining candidate on the list wouldn't be call any more?

Correct, old list gets wiped out. Like how the previous Staff Anlayst Trainee list will be removed when this one is established.

The civil service system is not new...has been around a long time. I have been working for the city for 6+ years and taken a dozen exams...same process for all DCAS exams.
