Nothing yet, still on the wait/standby list. My sister-in-law lives around the area, one of the construction workers said the build will be done by mid next week. Anyone heard back from any of the other lotteries? I got a letter from water st lottery on Saturday pretty low log number so keeping fingers crossed Harlem or Brooklyn which one will be luck lol
Still waiting to hear from someone in leasing but I'm glad to hear that the building will be done soon.
I drove by there today and seen a man coming out of the building,I asked him when will it will be ready and is the apartment big. He said if you are one of the lucky ones you will be very happy, the apartments is beautiful you will love it.

i find it weird that the 117th side can't have pets but the 116th side can!!! seems like they sent denial letters out faster for ppl who made to much money..my friend said he received a denial letter 3 wks after his interview in august....im still saying no letter is a good thing!!!! keeping my fingers crossed...

I think there doing these because people who applied for this building are low income and they don't want certain dog breeds (pit bulls) in the building. If the building is almost done why are they taking so long to let people know they have been granted an apartment. people who have been denied should know last that they will not be given an apartment.
If I do not hear back from someone by tomorrow afternoon i'm calling the office to find out how much longer will I have to wait to hear back from someone in leasing.
