Does anyone know exactly how the log numbers work as far as the lottery is concerned? It just seems crazy that log numbers as high as 20,000 got called for interviews. It is impossible that they are calling such a high number of households for only 99 units. Although it sure seems like they're reviewing thousands of applications given the amount of time we've waited.
My contact person has yet to inform me that I'm wait listed, however if log numbers as low as 300 and 400 were wait-listed I can only assume there really isn't much hope for me. It seems so cruel to get so many people's hopes up, this is the weirdest "lottery" ever. Let's wait for a miracle.

My log number is 7***
the log numbers are randomly selected so anyones number could get picked for an interview....how they narrow it down for the apartments is beyond me
Agreed, they are handling this like we're all waiting for an iPhone or something. This is someone's home! How are we supposed to make any real plans when we have no concrete idea of where we'll be living next month?? Seems careless.
