I'm not sure what pre approved means because i was told I was pre approved but have been sending documents for months now. That's why I said I won't know if I'm officially approved until I sign a lease

I agree with you, I'm trying to be patient but I'm like damn. Praying that means we will get the apartments
Well I found out I was preapproved for a 1 bed room, the lady I spoke with said at the moment their isn't anything available & she will keep me updated. So idk at this point if they actually did a background check or I'm on the waiting list.

I feel like you, I don't wonna seem like a bother but I'm calling again soon just to see what's going on because had I not called I wouldn't have known anything. This whole process is just different and I don't understand what's going on😒
