I applied and probably 50,000 other New Yorkers, but as they say "you gotta be in it, to win it". The location is unbelievable! Divine intervention required because this would be the blessing of a lifetime.

Good luck! Did you apply to a studio/1br/ or 3 bedroom? I agree lol divine intervention is right! Can't beat it.
I applied for a 3 bedroom. Last year I applied for the bushwick east affordable housing lottery to purchase a 3 family home in bushwick, Brooklyn Community Board 4, where I have lived since I was five years old. Even with the 50 percent community board preference, I didn't even get a reply. Nothing. Not even a letter saying your log number is so and so. I reached out to the developer a few months after the lottery and was told all winners were selected and units under contract. Based on my experience with the bushwick east homes, the developer usually reaches out to the lucky selected applicants within a month or two of the lottery.
applied,
I had been applying for different apartments for lust 6 years, and been call ones, after which was rejected based on future income, which I will get after 8 months from the time of rejection ,
I still having hope, one day to get the apartment, because there is no way I can afforded on market value
Beautiful housing here. I tried going on the UHAB website ( just to check out prior houses on the market), but to no avail. Anyone know how to search it?
