Hello Everyone,

I'm stuck: should I get FIOS or TWC?

They sent me offers but I'm not sure which company to go with at this point. When I go to Verizon's site, it ends up being very expensive because the promo they send is for the very basic channels. TWC looks cheaper but I don't know if the two bundles are comparable.

Verizon has a two year contract and TWC does not.

Which one is best: as far as coverage (in Manhattan)? I am a master bargainer (LOL) and talking them into a great promo will be very easy for me but I just want to make sure I don't regret anything after I subscribe.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

TWC is an inferior product. Basically you have to weigh the cost savings because FiOS is a bit more expensive. The only thing I miss about TWC is NY1

FIOS is a much better product. Verizon is a weird company though and I have not good experiences with them on a customer service level.

Fios is better. But with TWC, you can get NY1 and access to TWC wifi hotspots around the city.
