I was wondering about the bills for heat and Ac is it included or not. Because if heat is not included they bills will be hella high :/
When I signed the lease for 21 Commercial St /now it's renamed as 7 Bell Slip/ the lease was stated about utility allowance/ as for 2 bedroom $647 rent it would be no more then $680. But I have no idea how it's works in reality. Did not get a bill as of yet.
I called earlier for my app status and the women was very dismissive ... without looking in the system she asked for my name and said we spoke last week, that my application status has not changed but once it has I will hear be hearing something... that phone call just caused me another 20lbs of frustration and anxiety....

It's been One month and 2 weeks since interview....
I just saw on genbook that they have another week of scheduling. Last week, it seemed that this week would end scheduling, but they have added another week. Also I still don't see a CO yet.
Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but seems to me they'll keep interviewing until they get CO or start moving people in. :-/
Perhaps you're right, I read in another thread that once they send your stuff to the city to get approved they may double check you employment again. I already filled out my tax papers and signed over 15 or so documents. I'm just waiting for that call! This has been a long process
