Hey everyone!
My meeting with the leaser went well & I signed my lease and move in Nov 19.
The apartment is absolutely beautiful and beautifully laid out.
For those who still haven't heard back from C&C, patience is definitely key (I know easier said than done) because I asked the leaser how many people have been called to sign their lease and she told me so far only 10!
The building is gorgeous inside, the bicycle room is first come first serve basis, fitness room is included, so is gas, heat & water. The laundry room is open 24 hours and next to it is a court yard with view of the water front.

they only send employment verification letter to my husband work. So far no credit report, nothing. At the interview they said that there have apt for us but we will see. We are at 1,400$ price range.
