the building still does not have a certificate of occupancy. it doesn't look like they have even filed for one yet. i wouldn't be surprised if this takes more than a few weeks. i also interviewed in August. The building definitely is not complete. I am sure as soon as they get that certificate of occupancy they will start sending out acceptance letters. Remember these management companies want to fill the building asap to get rent from the tenants.

Yess they have a temp CO , it was done the same for 21 Commercial St. They should start notifying preference applicants first. Thank goodness.
My interview was held in the first week of October and I have City Emp preference. But still C+C managers hasn't run my credit, so I am little worried.
