Has anyone seen a floor plan or have pictures of the studio apartments? I have my meeting to sign the lease on Wednesday. I'm concerned that the studios will be very small compared to the price required at my income bracket (120%) and I won't have time to really mull it over.
Sorry! I meant that I see the apartment for the first time and then sign the lease immediately after. Perhaps I'll call tomorrow to get the floor plan or sq footage.
Does anyone know if the apartment sizes are different based on the tier that you are chosen for? For example is the 2 bedroom that someone is paying $1,025 is the same size as someone paying $2,200?
I got wonderful news today. At first, I missed the call we have all been waiting for. She left a message at around 1pm and when I tried to call her back no one answered after several tries. So I panicked for a good 2 hours before I got the email that will change me and my families lives.
We were granted a 2br and asked to come in to sign our lease on Tuesday. They asked to bring 3 money orders 1st month, deposit, and $25 for carbon monoxide. She also wanted to know if I wanted 2 or 1-year lease. I feel so blessed, grateful, and happy... I really hope all of you get a call very soon. Keep positive and stay on top of your file.
