I just signed my lease today!! The building is beautiful. My rent tier is around 1400. The apartments are a little different as well, according to the tier. I am so happy and know that all of us are blessed!! Good luck everyone
That was my tier as well and I was put on waiting list even though I have cb preference. What was your log number? And ofcourse big congrats. Post pictures if you can at least I can see the apartment.

Thank you!! my log number was 3,xxx and i had cb preference as well. I will post photos very soon
I know most of the people signing their lease are preference, and congrats to you all. I would like to know when anyone without preference gets a call to sign, i am sure to be in that group and just wants a heads up. Thanks
I'm not in this lottery, but I follow a lot of the lottery threads, and CONGRATS! it's great to hear people getting good news, especially around the holidays! I sometimes wish more people would tell us when they get their apartments and what the very end process is, but I think once people get them, they never come back... understandable I guess, but it's good to hear positive outcomes and wish more people shared them.
Hi Aquarius37 -- I am truly over the moon with my new apartment and it still feels like a dream come true! My view is amazing and I cannot wait till the spring time to take long walks along the waterfront.

Hi LynLively, nice to know your getting settled in. Are more tenants moving in? That would mean the process is moving along for the preference applicants and the rest of us hopefully would get called before the new year.
I just received a call from C&C , my application was submitted to the city and they requested updated salary verification. She says once they review it I should get my approval ...fingers crossed.

Yes I've noticed a lot more tenants are moving into the building but everyone is on different floors so you don't really see people unless you bump into them in the lobby lol. I truly hope you get a call before the new year, and this should be a quick process from here.
CONGRATS to those who have already moved in and to those who are just receiving the phone call from C&C now. I only recently started following this forum and it’s been very helpful in trying to follow along with the process. Thanks for all the updates!
I went in for an interview in early October. The rep collected all my paperwork but didn’t accept the money order for the credit check. She said she didn’t need it just yet because I was still technically on the “wait list” but had a really good chance of getting a call back b/c of my log number. I’m # 8xx. I qualify for a studio.
In hindsight, I’m not sure if she just meant that I was “waiting” b/c they are taking all the preference applicants first. Was your money order collected when you went into the interview?
I’ve left messages to different people at C&C but I haven’t heard back at all (no follow up emails, no return phone calls). The only thing is I never got the contact information of the rep I spoke to. And, annoyingly on my part, I don’t remember her name.
Was there a specific person that you dealt with in terms of this lottery?

Hi Littleflower57,
The person to contact would be the rep you interviewed with. If she told you that you would be put on the wait list, that would mean that you are on the list as soon as a vacancy opens for the apartment that you qualify for. I hope this helps.
Congratulations to all those who already sign the lease. Does anyone know whether all 9 apartments of tier $1422/2 BR are already picked up. I am in waiting list as in this category.
