Congratulations to all those who already sign the lease. Does anyone know whether all 9 apartments of tier $1422/2 BR are already picked up. I am in waiting list as in this category.

Log 37X, city employee but c+c managers informed me that there are more than 5 city employees with lower log number Infront of me. I hope they will process my application as non-preference category as city employee has only 5 apartments. On the other hand, non preference/general category is supposed to have 30/35 apartment. But if all the 9 apartments in my tier is already occupied, then we have to for a long time until someone left.
Best of luck those are still waiting for good news.
I just received the greatest news of my LIFE. I was approved for a 2 bedroom. I am literally crying and jumping for joy!!! Signing my lease next week. This has been the longest journey EVER. All praise to the most high!! Good luck everyone!!! Patience is def needed!!!!!

Congratulations. Would pls let us know what was your log no, if any preference (CB or city employee) which tier (rent per month) ?
I spoke with Jenny and she called me from (917) 650-7159. I am signing my lease on Tuesday @10AM. I was approved for a 2 bedroom and my rent was listed as $1025. I was told to bring in 3 money orders, 1 'months rent, security and 1 for the carbon monoxide. My log number was in the low 500s and I do not have a preference. Best of luck to all!!!
Thanks for the response, IamKate! And congrats on getting the official call to sign the lease. You too, MissIndependent89! My rep didn't really explain the whole wait list process to me. She kinda mentioned it quickly in passing and didn't really go into any detail. So I didn't ask the necessary questions like, how many people are ahead of me or would I even know if I don't get it. Anytime I call, I always seem to get the voicemail and never get a call back even after leaving messages. So that's frustrating to say the least. But I'll keep my fingers crossed! Hopefully, soon enough, I'll speak to someone who can at least give me the status of my application.
