This apartment is located in Upper Ridgewood, Queens, first floor. It is a good neighborhood, good public transportation, south of Forest Hills.

It consists of 1 LR, 1 BedR, 1 BathR, 1 kitchenette.
Measurements: LR is 140 sqft. BR 100, Kitchen 30, BR 30, all together 300 sqft, meant for 1 person.

The bedroom has no window, but it is located right next to the exit, the only exit, besides 3 window in the LR.
All utilities, even the electricity, are included.

How much would you accept to pay for monthly rent?
Thanks

If there's no window in the bedroom, then it's not a bedroom.

This is a studio apartment.

Lol, o.k., is this then an illegal apartment?
In spite of this, how much would you pay, no kidding...:=) It's a nice apartment, with a nice view, and the LL is also very nice. How much, please?!

Probably not, also acc to what I read.
Maybe it is because the entrance door is right next to the bedroom? So, easy escape?
