Breaking Ground has had to halt the process on 250 Ashland and re-review everyone's place in line (apparently) because of various discrepancies. They don't seem too well-staffed so it wouldn't surprise me if that was affecting the rate at which the applications for this development are being evaluated.

I think that if that was the case there would have not been approval by HPD

Do you have a CB preference? What is your log #?

Yes what happened at 250 Ashland seems to be very similar to what has been going on with the 10 FPS process.

Yes I was interviewed in May and got my acceptance in mid June. I must say this is my very first apartment and it's long. I've had roommates before.

Star-Angel > were you approved by HPD ? I was under the impression that HPD approvals just started. Were you given your unit#? In June the C/O have not been completed and no approvals from HPD were done. Are you sure that you were just approved by the intake specialist?

Has anyone else been approved by HPD in June and given unit #'s?
