How did you procure these photos? Were these sent to you directly from a worker ? Or the person handling your file? Or are they published on a website?
They have wood floors. It was much publicized that in exchange for the affordable apartments being in a separate "poor door" building, the apartments would be made very nice, with stainless steel appliances, dishwashers, and hardwood floors.
However, hardwood floors throughout might cause the building to be loud..... people will have to put rugs down.
