When I asked if it would be by the end of the year she said "hopefully." I am not too optimistic
All that is left to do is some paint touchups, baseboards, and cleaning in the hallways. The viewing itself was really short, less than 10 minutes from when I left the market-rate lobby to when I said good-bye. I wasn't able to get an measurements and didn't take as many pics as I would have liked.
Others may be given more time, though. Breaking Ground forgot about my appointment and were 40 minutes late. I had to call them and ask where they were.
The lady said the floors were vinyl. I am not sure if she is right or if they were real wood. They were very dusty from construction. She seemed like she might have been new to this building. She didn't have any information on amenities at all. She did say one pet, cat or dog, is allowed, but not if there is a fee.
You know. The documents will expire again in January for those who re-submitted in September. I don't know why HPD approved people if there is a chance the documents will expire.

That is what I'm afraid of. It was 53 days from when my documents were requested to my HPD approval. Really don't want to do that again in the New Year.
For all those who have just started this process I hope yours goes faster than what we who have been almost in it for 9-10 months had to go through. Excuse our excitement about viewing and upcoming lease signing, I wish you all the best
Anyone else went for a viewing? I was called for an interview last month and lady stated everything was approved. I have CB preference.
