Oh, I see! Well then yeah, it makes sense.

Anyway, I once knew of a lady with two kids who was given an apartment in a high floor. She had views to the city, and a terrace.

my friend had appealed the denial of application but nothing ever happened we never heard back from the agency running the program. He finally got in touch with them after months of waiting for a response he reached out to the interviewer and was told they had mailed him another denial and but he never received it, so he appealed to HPD and no response so disappointing. This has been extremely frustrating because he was denied on the basis that he owed money on his credit report, he resolved that and yet they still denied. I just don't get it. The reason for the denial has been resolved so why is the appeal denied as well and then nothing from HPD. This whole process is nerve-wracking and frustrating for the person going through it and anyone who watches them stress. To all you who go through much love and hugs because this is not an easy beast to handle. To all of you who are moving in the best to you and much love as you move on to another stage of life's wheel. To everyone, sending a little love and positivity throughout the universe, may you find your own pocket of joy.

Hey all,
Well, the viewing went well, not much info given so we are still in the dark about lease signing and moving. There is still work to be done so It’s hard to even guess when we can actually occupy. But my apt is beautiful but I can only go by mine. Each apt seems to be a little different so we will need feedback as other view their unit.
Has anyone else been contacted?

Did your unit have wood floors or carpet/commercial tile? I ask just because the pics you posted earlier might of been market rate units.

When I asked if it would be by the end of the year she said "hopefully." I am not too optimistic

All that is left to do is some paint touchups, baseboards, and cleaning in the hallways. The viewing itself was really short, less than 10 minutes from when I left the market-rate lobby to when I said good-bye. I wasn't able to get an measurements and didn't take as many pics as I would have liked.

Others may be given more time, though. Breaking Ground forgot about my appointment and were 40 minutes late. I had to call them and ask where they were.

The lady said the floors were vinyl. I am not sure if she is right or if they were real wood. They were very dusty from construction. She seemed like she might have been new to this building. She didn't have any information on amenities at all. She did say one pet, cat or dog, is allowed, but not if there is a fee.
