Was your file already sent to HPD? That is interesting that they have lost a lot of staff.

I don’t think they said they lost files, but that they lost staff. The documents may have to be updated.
Idon’t understand how some are being told they will view in a few weeks if the building is not ready?
I do hope that the have to have occupied units by year end for the tax benefits.
Just hold on & “Keep Looking Up”

So then in this case, it would be best if you guys called them up. That way they're forced to take your file out from some pile!

You are not going to make the process move faster by doing that. You just have to have patience.

Does anyone know what will be due at lease signing? First and last month's rent? Security deposit? I know there is no broker's fee. Just trying to keep my mind occupied during this wait by making sure my finances are in order!

First month's rent and security deposit.
