So you like seeing men's exposed underwear? You have problems.

Progess, upgrades, new businesses, etc are always a good thing overall.

Alright, I bashed The Shack in the past, but I've come to like it! I don't always spend $6 for a 16 oz shake but from time to time, now.....!

Worked in Harlem over 20 years.
It was impoverished. Has come heck of a long way.
Very impressed and content for this revitalization.
Will it ever lose the distinction of being home to what was
once home to the largest African American population in New York City?
Even the artist future rendition shows visions of gentrification.

Realtors live by one creed: If we build they will come.
The question is, what is built and who will come.
In the end it's always about the money.

Their shakes are one of the few things that I do like. Burgers were just greasy...

If they can get rid of the Meth heads, homeless and other junkies in front of the Metro-North station, and by Lex and 125th, THEN I'd know things were changing.
