Nope and i passed by today again it dont look like anything has changed
So I e-mailed Karina to confirm if we are still on for the lease signing this Friday, and she stated the building does not have the certificate of occupancy yet. SO whomp whomp there goes the bad news

I know, I've read the same things but still it's like stop telling people a month, because you then have hopes it'll be on that month and then become very disappointed when they tell you "no, maybe next month." So annoying but this is the process of lottery buildings and patience is key. And no vecina I don't think they'll let us view w.o the certificate although I've read other threads where applicants has viewed the apartments but do not move in until they get the certificate. So IDK

i just wish they will hurry up every time i pass by im like " seriously????" pero you right we applied at the beginning of last year so what's a few more weeks? luckily i didn't sign my lease for this year this whole wait thing is pretty ridick but im praying it is worth it! i want dibbs on the community center so i can start planning my son's bday party lol
