Felons already paid their debt to society, and even people in prison should be able to vote because their lives are directly affected by politics. 16 year olds and illegal immigrants though, should definitely not vote.

Any state that allows illegal aliens (they're not immigrants) to have driver's licences, should have the use of those licences banned for any purpose where they'd be required by federal law. No getting on airplanes, no opening bank accounts. I'd even ban their use in other states. So if you drive out of your state, you're driving without a license.
