Looking for reasonably priced indoor parking garage in The Bronx (home, zip code)

I need help locating an indoor garage to park a sedan, anywhere in The Bronx, preferably in the south. My budget for this is between $150 and $200 cash. At least for 3 months and possibly for more than that.

Someone with an indoor space in a private home will also work for me.

I only need access to the car on weekends at decent hours.

I already looked into Terminal Market but this is wide open to anyone who goes shopping there and prone to vandalism. They have rent-a-guard that drives around but I've seen glass shattered next to cars.
