At this point, I don't even see the point of discriminating against the Chinese. The spread in the West has been pretty race blind.

Chinatown is dirty, smelly, etc. It has always been like that. Why on Earth would i want to go to a place like that?

The racism is stupid because should we blame the Spaniards and British colonists for bringing small pox to the Americas that killed so many natives here.

As long as viruses exist on this planet, something or someone will get into contact with them. The issue is globalism allows for viral infections to travel very fast and far.

The most intelligent report I've seen on Covid-19. Unfortunately it seems to only be on Linkedin.

That word racism... I don't think it means what you think it means.

Everyone is guessing at this point. Thousands, millions... We will see.

The fact is that shutting our flights to China early was key. Also this European flight ban will help too. Yes the US will see tons more infections but I believe the curve will start turning sooner than later and we will not be as bad as Italy was. Europe, especially Italy, never closed their flights or borders. This is a large part of why they got infected so badly.

Time will tell. I hope im right. Sadly many hope .wrong just to prove the president's actions "weren't enough" smh.

The subway is a creepy place right now, everyone has their heads down acting like they are wading through a sewer. I somehow managed to ride 3 trains without touching a single pole or handrail. One woman had a box of lysol wipes and was frantically wiping herself down. I can only imagine if someone got on the train coughing people would have a mass stampede off the train.

Good times!

I’m sure if she were still a mod, I’d have about 20 more infractions and maybe I’d be banned by now.
