They just bagged the suspect Gary Cabana, sleeping at the Philly bus terminal, shortly after 1:30 this morning

It seems that he is also suspect in an arson case in Philadelphia (although this seemed to have happened after stabbing the 2 MOMA employees).

Yeah. That's why they were looking for him in the first place. It was only after they apprehended him that they realized, "hey! he's that dude that stabbed two people at MOMA"! or words to that effect.
