What type of people do you define as losers ? (judgmental, partner, money)

I don't define ANYONE as a loser, and I think that the faster people eliminated that term from their vocabulary, the better.
O.K., how would you define each of the following?
1. A serial killer
2. A rapist of children
3. A life-long leach and moocher
Admittedly "loser" is a rather broad and general term. People can be losers in different ways. I have listed three of the ways above.
Are you a "all people have worth as human beings" person? If so, did Hitler, Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot (of Cambodia) have worth? If so, what was it? (Sorry, I realize Hitler and Stalin, in particular, are over-used as examples, but that doesn't make the examples any less valid.)
The gullible and naive, ie superstitious/religious, those who harm others to better their own position in life, and those who abuse their position or authority.
I'd say most all liberals would be great examples of losers.
People who turn everything in life into a political tug of war.
Basically a person who contributes absolutely nothing to society, takes advantage of people, disrespects people and harms people, seeks to tear others down to make themselves feel better and feels absolutely zero remorse for their actions. They also try to justify their behavior by deflecting blame on someone else, usually the people they are targeting. People that are self-absorbed and believe everyone else on Earth is here to please, serve and amuse them. Basically an anti-social person with no redeemable qualities basically real scumbags.
Some of the other stuff that people have posted here such as people working minimum wage jobs as losers is insane.
I'd define a loser as someone who has to pigeonhole people and label them. Nothing, no one, stays the same. We all reach low points as well as lofty perches.
Immature people who love playing the victim. They have a love-hate relationship with themselves. Very self-absorbed, always guarded, cannot trust anyone, crave attention, negative, fall in love too fast, dominate people below them in status or age, don't believe something good can happen to them, cannot get over their past & blame their parents or spouse for their failures.
