At first I would say something you said. But if only in passing - not talking- I would say it is your nonverbal body language. It sounds like you are unaware of your body language or you would not be writing this. Are you overtly looking them up and down? Any unwelcome looks will warrant this reaction

Like some have said maybe you are wearing some disgusting smelling cologne or leering at them in a greasy manner that they find offensive. Looks have nothing to do with it.
Ok, I'm very confused by girls behavior towards me. I'm attractive and I get attention. Girls flirt with me. But they often also give me looks of disgust. Like crinkling their nose. Women, what does this mean? Obviously I take it as disgust, but I know I'm attractive and am very confident (not cocky). Does it just mean I'm not their type? I would think so but just wanted to double check. I just find it hard to believe people would do that just because they don't find someone attractive. And to clarify, this always happens in passing. Not when I'm talking to them. And I don't smell. I bathe daily and use deo. This happens from across rooms also.
Are you starring longingly into their eyes as you pass?? Women/Men can get creeped out by someone starring like that.....
You may also be underestimating your "confidence" How do you present your confidence...Are you talking about yourself?? You must be doing something because people don't just sneer at someone for nothing.
If it is just women having that reaction, it is not because he stinks. If a person stinks, men, women, and children all move away and crinkle their noses. In fact, children can be downright rude about their reaction to a smelly person.
