I tend to work off the energy around me. If I hang around positive people then I am happy, upbeat and positive. If I hang around someone like you described I find it very draining and soon am ready to throw myself off the nearest bridge. Because of that I would not personally work on keeping this person as a friend.

Should I dump her as a friend?
I think only you can answer this question.

It looks like you have lost respect for her and if this is the case, then maybe it is better that you find new friends.
