In my earlier post, I accidentally followed a tangent. To better answer your question, I would say the snuggler wants you to be an attachment figure, meaning someone special in which to form a stronger bond. I would suggest that you talk about what she wants. Be completely honest. It could be that she wants to be comforted because of a loss or feelings of insecurity, or she craves greater physical intimacy. Once you get to the heart of the matter, decide what you are able and/or willing to provide.
I have to agree. I cant see myself snuggling with a guy unless its a dire situation where we must hold each other for warmth in a cave like the movie without a paddle. but how likely is that right?
Don't take this the wrong way, but I really think the OP is struggling with her own sexuality. I mean why would a person ask such a question unless they were having mixed thoughts about it in the first place.
Almost like, "I know I can't cuddle, because it leads to sexual thoughts", and so on.
I'm also a little unsure as to what relevance our opinions have on her specific friendship dynamic.

Guys are taught to be comfortable with each other at a young age. we shower together, and swim together, in the raw starting in Junior High. It is no big deal. but is considered good form to keep eye contact with anybody your talking to. Don't be doin no peepin
