It is slightly expensive compared to some other areas, but a very nice and walkable planned community. It has an Elementary School, YMCA, Public Library, Starbucks, and some other stuff all within the "village".
I love that neighborhood T.S.!! I like the old timey front porchs and the way they built alleys behind the homes for the cars, quaint huh?

Tega Cay is another area not too far from Baxter to check out.
I thought it was very cute, but over my price range. Very nice though and also The Palisades.

Really, I am excited for you and your family - this state is a great place for families. And if you are church-going people you will find many good, active ones to visit. Belonging to a church here almost instantly bonds you to a whole new community of friends. If you aren't church-going people, expect to be invited or asked, though not hasseled. It's just that we are way above the national average here in people who participate in church activities.
