Not true. Triangle is expected to gain 1.3 million people in the next 10-15 years. Make stuff up if you want

Tallest building in Charlotte and the tallest in Cleveland ware designed by the same architect. Unfortunately the similarities between the two cities don't end there. They have similar crime rates as well

Why don't you read the link you provided then. Charlotte 2035 pop. 2.2 million, Raleigh 1.56 million . What you fail to grasp again is that this is a different measure than either MSA or CSA & how each are calculated. They are measuring fully urbanized areas closest to a cities center.

Charlotte CSA - 2,442,000 growth rate 4.94%
