So how was the commute today? Are the roads slick from the snow that hit last night?

Commute was absolutely normal. Nothing was slick. Roads had more "spray" when I crossed the VA into DC line but that was it.

The roads aren't slippery at all. My husband had to drive to McLean this morning and made it in less than 20 minutes.

the only hairy spot was my own neighborhood. Once I got on the county and state roads, all was clear. Well, except for WAAAY too much salt flying onto my windshield - I'm gonna have to refill my wiper fluid after today. YUCK!

Western Loudoun roads have been covered in salt for weeks! They were salting our little country roads AGAIN last night!
