I wonder why Fashion Fantasy there on Rt. 28 seems immune to everything. It's an adult store just like the other place.... I never see a lot of business in there. It's interesting to go into though. I got some great gag gifts for a coworker who was leaving and going to another job.

Probably due to its location. 28 is still sort of a run down area although there has been some improvements over the years. Old Town is considered, and rightfully so IMO, a more family friendly area. I questioned the wisdom of the desire to place KK's in Old Town but I also don't lose any sleep over it.

Well, it is right there in front of the trailer park (no offense to anyone living in a trailer, I grew up in a double wide). There is also another one in the shops between 28 and Manassas....not sure if it's just adult video or what. I forget the name of it but as your traveling down Mathis towards Manassas Drive - you see it on the right in those brownish brick buildings.

It's an adult video/toy store. They are part of a chain located in both Manassas, Woodbridge and Dumfries. As far as I know the PD's have not had any problems with them, at least when I was working we didn't.
