How much does it cost to park at WFC and EFC, respectively?

If I got to either parking lot by 8:30am in the morning, would I be able to find a parking space?

West Falls Church-VT/UVA

All day spaces: 2,009 (Fees collected upon exit, 10:30 a.m. to Metrorail system closing)
Cost/day: $4.50
Payment: SmarTrip® only
Short-term metered spaces: 45 (Parking available 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 2 a.m., time limit eight hours at West Falls Church greentops)
Additional spaces and costs: 68 spaces on access road, metered for 12-hour maximum, @ $1.00 per 60 mins.
Reserved parking location: Median of I-66, off Haycock Rd. east of Leesburg Pike
Reserved rate: $65
Availability: Yes
You can pay $65 a month to guarantee you a spot until 10 am each day. You still have to pay the $4.50 per day to park there, but you don't have to worry about rushing in.

I have never parked there, but I would think 8:30 is too late for EFC (based on the size and limited parking), and probably cutting it close for WFC.

I finally know where I should look for an apartment. It's Arlington.

I used to think Arlington was urban, noisy, and crowded. That false impression was based on my tour of Crystal City and Alexandria. I didn't look into Arlington only because I believed since it was closer to DC, the population density must be even higher than Crystal City and Alexandria. However, I was wrong.

I went to see some apartments near the Clarendon Metro station and was pleasantly surprised. It's quite residential with smaller buildings. People appeared laid-back and friendly.

I'd appreciate any input about apartment buildings that are modern and quiet in Arlington, VA. The price range should be below $2000.
