We've lost all confidence in Sleepy's. We tried their 'diagnostic' bed which was supposed to indicate the best mattress for us. Instead of giving us what we asked for, (we wanted something similar to hotel quality like Hilton, Homewood Suites, or Sheraton), we were pushed to the Miralux. What a piece of crap. It's nothing like what we tried in the store. We had someone come out to inspect the mattress and later received a B.S. call that they found nothing wrong. They call it a 'comfort issue'. We are not heavy people and this mattress makes us feel like we're sliding downhill toward the center into the abyss! The mattress had an original price tag of $2599, but they were selling it for 1700. After changing our minds, the salesman on the phone lowered the price to $1000 including tax and delivery. I tell you, this mattress isn't worth even $100. We are out of luck, our backs are aching and will have to kiss our $1000 goodbye and will go to a major, reputable department store to buy a name brand mattress. No more Sleepy's and no more crapy Miralux for us.

We were at Sleepy's today looking for a queen size set and after looking at the Sealy (which we really liked) the salesman recommended the Miralux - and the mattress looks great, feels like silk, and seemed to be okay to lie on - but really no better than the Sealy. After reading the postings I am leaning toward going back to only looking at Sealy. Thanks all.

Not only would I stay away from Miralux, I also would stay far away from Sleepy's. This company is dishonest and does not stand behind the products they sell. It seems there's a Sleepy's on every corner, with heavy advertising everywhere you look. My guess is they play a numbers game and don't give a darn after they make the sale. My advise is go to a major, reputable department store. After giving away our 5 month old crapy miralux, we ended up going to Nordstrom and purchased the Westin "Heavenly Bed" and I must say, we finally can get a good nights' sleep. What a dream!

My mom & I are still happy with ours. I'm sorry to hear that some of you have had such bad experiences. I love my mattress and I would buy another one. Kingsdown is good too if Miralux isn't your cup of tea.

I'm off to my comfy bed! Ooohh ahhh dreams! Lol

When I first sleep on my Miralux mattress, I do have backache problem. I guess it because I never sleep on the mattress that so soft before. However after 1 week I am used to it. Every time when I lie down on my bed, I really do not want to get up. I really enjoy my time on Miralux’s bed.

I am also having a good time with my mattress from Miralux. I bought one queen size of Miralux Splendor firm Mattress, and it cost me about $1500. I wonder why a lot of users are having such a bad feedback for Miralux’s product. I kind of enjoy my mattress and I am having a great time.

I just bought one Mattress from Miralux, and I spent total $1200 something on it. Well I really dont think Miralux's product is really that bad, after I compare it with other brands, such as Dormia, and Simmons, I think it is worth to buy it. I am really having a good time now, I become late for my work because I just dont want to get out of bed!
