Like the title states, I am looking to see who lives in these townhomes? I am purchasing one of these units over on Melissa PL. I am trying to find out how much folks are paying for utilities and how they like the area?

Have you moved into your new townhome in Woodbridge yet? If so, what are your thoughts about the area?
My husband and I are thinking about relocating to NOVA from New York, and I have seen a lot of townhomes to buy in Woodbridge, but it is difficult to get a real feel for the area without visiting.

Woodbridge townhomes run from nice and in nice neighborhoods to ones in neighborhoods you'll want nothing to do with. You're better off asking about specific streets and neighborhoods before moving forward. Retired LEO there so I know the area very well.
