Winchester is a wonderful city. If you’re interested in tennis and golf, the country club is very nice with extremely affordable prices. Also check out the Wellness Center at the hospital. Great facility.

What specialty of doctor are you seeking?

Not really into golf or tennis, but thanks. I’ll have to look into the wellness center to see what it’s all about. It sounds worth looking into.
We’re just looking for family doctors or internal medicine docs. No specialists needed. I’m reading through as many reviews as I can to try to get a good picture of the various doctors, but there are very few on many doctors, or they are fairly outdated. Some offices have good reviews for the doctors but not great for the office and/or staff who you may have to deal with.

Can’t really help with internists or family. I know a few specialists. John Zoeller for orthopaedics, Ingrid Iwanow for audiology, Steve Flax for dermatology and Dentist Roger Covington.

Best of luck. I loved our time in Winchester.

Who knows, I may need one of those docs someday. A dentist for sure. Thank you!

While no need to wait until fall is here you have a great selection of farm markets to choose fruit, pies and a lot more. Westoaks is the largest and has a lot of activities there but all of these are worth visiting.

I spotted a small 55+ development call Abrams Chase on the east side of Winchester. Some homes have a creek in the back yard. Realtor's flood score indicates a 9 of 10 risk of flooding in the back yard. The address is 124 Amberfield Court off Senseny Road.

Is there a serious risk of flooding in Winchester?

9 of 10 sounds pretty likely
