Looking For A Workout Partner - McLean/Vienna Area (Arlington: employment, gym)

Hi:

New to this area, having moved from Arlington in September of last year. Thanks to a health program at work, I have two gym memberships - one with Sport and Health, Tysons and one with Gold's off of Route 7 (Leesburg Pike). Currently workout about 3-4 days/week, and would like to make it more, but my motivation flags quite a bit. Have worked with a trainer in the past, but right now I don't have the kind of budget that will support that extra expense. Years ago, I found a really great "workout buddy" and we both made a lot of progress, but once he moved away for employment reasons I pretty much lost my momentum.

Although the ideal workout partner for me would be someone who has competed or is currently competing in physique or bodybuilding contests, I am not particular. Looking for fitness enthusiast (preferably male), 30 years old on up, who has at least an intermediate knowledge of free weights and machines, who doesn't mind working out in the PM (between 12 noon and 4.)

Hopefully we can provide each other with a sense of enthusiastic motivation and inspiration that will help us meet our like-minded goals. My long-term goal is to reach 240 lbs. (I am currently 6'3", 335.)
